We get lots of questions on if an item is available. To clear up some confusion, if you can place the order then the item is available. If you look under Item Info and the item says: “Item: Available In Store” or under the picture says “Available In Store”, then we currently have it in stock and ready to ship from one of our locations. If the item just shows a number or under the picture says “Available At Warehouse”, then we do not currently have it in stock but one of our distributors does have it. If our distributor has your item in stock and you order the item, then it will be automatically fulfilled. So order away! Typically warehouse items arrive within 7-10 days.

All items ordered from the warehouse are items that come from a distributor. The distributor receives the order as soon as it is placed on our website. It typically ships to us within a couple days. All general items and long guns are shipped via ground. All handguns are shipped either overnight or 2 day. We typically receive warehouse items 7-10 days after the order is placed. We can not control any shipping carrier and delays do happen.

Yes, we do buy and sell used guns on a case by case basis. We have an extensive collection of pre-owned firearms for purchase. Ask us about our consignment and trade-in options.

Yes! If we don’t have what you are looking for in-house we are happy to custom order it for you.

Yes. There is a $15 layaway fee. This is added at the beginning of the transaction. The minimum down is 10%. The remaining balance is then divided up over 3 monthly payments. You must make a payment every 30 days. You can pay more than the minimum payment and you can do pay as often as you like. If the item is not paid off within the 90 days, the layaway is cancelled, and no monies will be refunded.

Yes, we do FFL transfers. Fees for firearm transfers are $30 and $15 for military, veterans, and public safety.

Yes, we are licensed to conduct NFA transfers.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. If you are local, you can always come into the store and pay with cash.

If you place the order online, your credit card is charged at the time you place the order. Our merchant credit card account is automated and it charges your credit card to make sure the card is valid and has credit available for your purchase.

Unfortunately orders can not be changed after they are placed. Most orders ship within 24 hours. If you contact us at info@greenmonstahfirearms.com or 304-816-4811 after your order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, we do not accept backorders. We feel it is unfair to the customer since we do not know when an item might be back in stock.

Please contact us within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 10% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 25%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Yes. The following items can not be returned:

1. Special orders (i.e. products at the warehouse) and products that are custom configured to your specifications.

2. ALL Pre-Owned, Used, Military and Consignment firearms are sold “As Is”, and are not returnable.

3. Products that have been installed or used after receipt.

4. NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork.

5. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

6. Any firearm or ammunition.
