PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We will contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

Please note: We do not sell any items on social media. All sales are conducted in our retail storefront in Martinsburg, WV. All posts on our social media are strictly for informational purposes only.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging. Cancellation of online orders will incur the 25% restocking fee, no exceptions.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:

1. Special orders (i.e. products at the warehouse) and products that are custom configured to your specifications.

2. ALL Pre-Owned, Used, Military and Consignment firearms are sold "As Is", and are not returnable.

3. Products that have been installed or used after receipt.

4. NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork.

5. Illumination devices, electronics, optics and night vision equipment.

6. Any firearm or ammunition.

7. Any firearm parts such as AR lower parts kits, upper parts kits, etc.

8. Any wearable items such as holsters, shirts, etc.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase by providing proof of purchase receipt. Item must be in unused condition and factory original packaging and accessories must be in like new condition.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

USED FIREARMS

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available.

SPECIAL ORDER POLICY

All Special Orders must be paid in full before the order is submitted to our purchasing department. Any canceled order is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Unless otherwise informed in writing, there are currently no lead times when placing an order.

SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Green Monstah Firearms, LLC will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.

LAYAWAY POLICY

All Sales are final, no exchanges or refunds once the layaway has commenced. Only one firearm can be put on layaway at a time. There is a $15 layaway fee added upfront to the purchase and the down payment is 25%. You must make at least one payment each month. You do not have to take the full 90 days and there is no fee for early payment. Layaways cancelled at any time for any reason will be subject to a penalty fee equal to 25% of the total sale price (i.e. the initial deposit). Layaways not paid in full within the 90-day period will be cancelled and all paid amounts will be forfeited. In the event of an ATF Form 4473 denial, a $60 denial fee will be assessed in addition to the 25% penalty fee.

FIREARM ORDERING POLICY

If you would like to purchase a Firearm from us that is not normally carried in our store, but that is stocked at the warehouse, a minimum deposit of 50% is required. If the firearm is a Special Order that is not stocked by us in any capacity, it must be paid in full. Should you cancel your order of a stocked firearm, a restocking fee of 25% of the firearm's total price will be charged. If the cancelled firearm is a Special Order, a cancellation fee of 50% of the firearm's total price will be imposed. Should your transfer be denied by the ATF, the same fees will be imposed, plus a $60 background check denial fee.

Firearms are required to be picked up within 30 days of initial notification by Green Monstah Firearms, LLC. After 30 days, a storage fee of $5 per day will be imposed. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Should the storage fees accrue more than fifty percent of the sale price of the firearm, the firearm will be subject to forfeiture and resale. Should the resale of the firearm total more than the accrued fees, you will be refunded the difference.

Example: Firearm purchase price is $500. Storage fees are $250. Restocking fee is $125. Total fees are $375. Firearm resells for $500. Your refund is $125. For more information about this policy, please contact us.

TRANSFER OF FIREARMS PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER FFL

We are more than glad to provide your online/out-of-area firearms dealer a copy of our FFL to facilitate the transfer to you. We will only provide our FFL certificate directly to the shipping FFL, unfortunately we can not provide you with a copy. Our transfer fee is $30. For military (including veterans), fire, ems, and police, the fee is $15, (valid ID is required). The transfer fee will be waived if a purchase of $100 is made in store at the same time as the transfer pick up. Should you be denied by the ATF, the NON-REFUNDABLE Denial Fee is $60. We will attempt to contact the Shipping FFL for a return of the firearm, however any refund requests must be made between the purchaser and the seller. Green Monstah Firearms, LLC will not provide any type of refund for a firearm not purchased from us.

Upon receipt and processing of a firearm, Green Monstah Firearms, LLC will attempt to contact the purchaser with with whatever phone number is provided by the seller. Green Monstah Firearms, LLC is not responsible for a sellers failure to provide the buyers information.

Firearms are required to be picked up within 30 days of notification to buyer by Green Monstah Firearms, LLC. Items left longer than 30 days will incur fees as listed below to cover storage and security. Items over 6 months will be forfeited to Green Monstah Firearms, LLC for Green Monstah Firearms, LLC to sell for their own profit with no compensation due the buyer.

Standard firearms $50.00 monthly

Silencers $50.00 monthly

Machine guns $100.00 monthly

Oversized items or cases $100.00 monthly

Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Should the sending FFL decline the return and your storage fees have exceeded 50% of the value of the firearm, your firearm will be subject to forfeiture. The buyer will be sent notification via FEDEX with legal notification of forfeiture. In order to take posession of the firearm, the buyer will have to pay all storage fees as well as the standard transfer fee.

30 days after a firearm / ammo arrives we will charge a fee of $5 per day for storage. After 6 months the firearm is forfeited and will be sold to cover cost. This does not apply to people with NFA transfers, deployed military or individuals who made arrangements beforehand etc.
